FACT is an automated electronic forms system solution designed to replace most paper based systems and dot matrix printing, by providing electronically distributed information, when and where it’s needed and in the format required.

FACT is designed to capture and process report form information, then present the data in a user-friendly format. Print streams are taken from the laboratory information management system (LIMS), then the data is processed and the output distributed when and where it is required.
