Plumtree Group worked with us throughout all stages of the EDMRS project and have been involved in the design of the solution, architecture, classification, and taxonomy of the system. Their knowledge of the market has proven to be very beneficial when looking at the workflow process and how to address the many changes that we have undertaken.

They have managed the interfaces required well and developed a robust approach to importing and publishing the different document types. Their knowledge of areas such as MoReq and Code of Practice for Records Management has been invaluable when identifying the way forward.

The service meets all our key objectives and the departments using the software are happy with the implementations. The phased deployment has been successfully carried out making sure that at each stage our benefits are being achieved and the specification met.
